Job Overview

User Access Management will be responsible for managing and modifying user access for employees across India. This role involves handling access change and modification requests through a ticketing tool, ensuring timely and accurate resolution. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, implementing, and maintaining our UAM program.

Role & responsibilities

- Manage and Lead a team of user access requests and modifications for PAN India employees.
- Process access change requests through the designated ticketing tool.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security protocols.
- Collaborate with various departments to address access-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of access requests and resolutions.
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding access management.
- Identify and escalate any potential security risks or breaches.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the UAM program to ensure secure and controlled access to systems and data.
- Work closely with IT and security teams to identify, prioritize, and mitigate risks associated with user access.
- User Lifecycle Management, Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) automation, Automated provisioning and deprovisioning, Periodic access reviews, Role-based access control (RBAC), Handling audit requirements.




- User account creation, modification, disablement, and deletion in Active Directory.
- Management of Security Groups and Distribution Groups.
- OU and Group-based access administration.
- Password reset and account unlock management.
- Knowledge of AD replication, GPO concepts, and account lifecycle management.
- Experience with Hybrid AD and Microsoft Entra ID synchronization
- IGA Platform Administration
- Hands-on administration experience with Saviynt, SailPoint, or Microsoft Entra ID Governance, Access certification campaigns, Role engineering and RBAC model creation, Birthright and request-based access configurations, Workflow design and approval matrix management, UAR (User Access Review) and attestation processes, SoD (Segregation of Duties) analysis and remediation.
- Knowledge in ID Registry / Identity Repository Management. Administration of Identity Registry / Identity Repository solutions, Identity reconciliation and correlation, Management of authoritative sources such as HRMS, AD, and application repositories, User identity data quality checks and cleanup activities.
- Experience handling Internal Audit, External Audit, RBI Audit, IS Audit, and Compliance Reviews.
- Good to have experience in Regulatory reporting (SOX, ISO 27001, RBI, PCI-DSS, etc.). Entra ID Governance + Entra ID + ServiceNow + PAM solution (CyberArk/BeyondTrust) for a modern IAM/IGA ecosystem.
- Valuable to have Banking & Financial Services Exposure For an NBFC/BFSI organization. Knowledge of RBI Cyber Security and Access Management expectations.
- Management of application access across Core Lending, LOS, LMS, Collections, CRM, Treasury, HRMS, and Corporate applications.
- Manging of UAM dashboards and MIS, Access review reporting, SLA and KPI monitoring, Audit and compliance reporting.
- Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in User Access Management, Identity & Access Management (IAM) or Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), with hands-on experience in Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and at least one IGA platform (Saviynt/SailPoint/Entra Governance)
