Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused International Banking Process Executive to support banking operations for global clients. The role involves handling customer inquiries, processing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and delivering high-quality service while meeting productivity and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat.
- Process banking transactions accurately and within defined timelines.
- Assist customers with account-related queries, payments, fund transfers, and card services.
- Verify customer information and perform KYC/AML checks as per regulatory guidelines.
- Resolve customer issues while maintaining service quality and compliance.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve escalated issues.




- Prepare and maintain accurate transaction records and reports.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of banking products and financial services.
- Good typing speed and computer proficiency.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce, Finance, Business Administration preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome (depending on company requirements).
- Experience in international banking, customer service, or financial operations is an advantage.
