Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 1–3 years of recruitment experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hiring for Manufacturing, Electrical, Automotive (preferred) along with IT positions. The recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Manufacturing, Electrical, Automotive, and IT requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, interview scheduling, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality hiring standards.




- Develop strong relationships with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategies.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of recruitment experience.
- Experience hiring for Manufacturing, Electrical, and Automotive roles is preferred, along with exposure to IT recruitment.
- Valuable understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment portals.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.

Preferred Qualification

- Experience working in a recruitment consultancy is an added advantage.
