We are seeking an experienced Order Management Specialist to join our team at the client location in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in handling seller queries, renewal and recent deal life cycle management, the Order Management domain, particularly within the BPM industry, and will be skilled in managing international clients.

Responsibilities:

- Process orders efficiently from various channels and mediums.
- Manage customer support, and invoicing, with a deep understanding of contracts and agreements.
- Oversee order flow, resolve holds, handle invoicing, and manage disputes effectively.
- Utilize knowledge in Deal Management and Contract Setup to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
- Handle escalations with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective resolution of complex issues.




- Communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders and manage customer complaints/queries across different platforms.
- Train and mentor team members as needed.
- Adapt to working in a 24/7 environment with flexible shift options. 100% work from office.

Qualification:

- Any Graduate/Postgraduate.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in Order Management.
- Experience in customer support, invoicing, Deal Management, Contract Setup, and Dispute Management.
- Certificate in Supply Chain Management is a plus.
- Proficiencyin MS Office applications and familiarity with Microsoft tools.
- Strong communication skills with experience handling both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage and resolve escalations effectively.
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive, task-oriented environment.
- Experience with sales or seller interactions is a plus.
