As we continue to expand our enterprise business, we are looking for an AI Engineer with a strong software development background who is passionate about building production-ready AI applications and deploying innovative AI solutions for enterprise customers.

Role Overview

As an AI Engineer in the Enterprise Team, you will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications for enterprise clients. You will work closely with Product Managers, Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams to build scalable AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise integrations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real-world business problems, building production-grade AI systems, and working directly with customers to deploy AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered enterprise applications using modern AI frameworks.
- Build and optimise Agentic AI workflows to automate complex business processes.
- Develop production-ready AI solutions leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
- Work on forward deployment,



collaborating directly with enterprise customers to customise and implement AI solutions.
- Build integrations with enterprise applications, APIs, CRMs, ERPs, HRMS platforms, messaging systems, and third-party tools.
- Develop scalable backend services and APIs to support AI applications.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimise AI application performance, latency, scalability, and cost.
- Ensure security, monitoring, observability, and reliability of deployed AI systems.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Software Development, AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or Backend Development.
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI workflows and AI orchestration frameworks.
- Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, and vector databases.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and backend application development.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, Git, CI/CD, and testing.
