Role Description The Hiring DSA With Java Trainer role is a contract, on-site position based in Lucknow. The trainer will design and deliver structured training programs on Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA) with Java for learners at various levels, ensuring concepts are clearly explained through practical examples and hands-on coding exercises. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing training materials and lesson plans, conducting classroom sessions, evaluating learner performance through assignments and assessments, and providing constructive feedback.





The role also involves collaborating with corporate partners and internal stakeholders to align training content with current industry needs, updating curriculum based on evolving technologies, and supporting hiring or placement initiatives by assessing candidate technical capabilities. The trainer is expected to maintain professional classroom management and foster an inclusive, supportive learning environment.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms and Java programming, with the ability to explain core concepts such as complexity analysis, recursion, collections, and object-oriented design.

Experience in designing and delivering technical training programs, including curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom or bootcamp facilitation.

Hands-on experience with software development practices, coding standards, version control tools, and problem-solving for real-world applications.

Effective communication, presentation, and mentoring skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of learners and adapt teaching styles as needed.

Proven ability to assess learner performance, create evaluations, and provide clear, actionable feedback to support skill improvement.

Familiarity with industry expectations for entry-level and mid-level technical roles, preferably in areas such as full stack development or data-centric roles.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in Java or DSA training are an advantage.

Ability to work in office in Lucknow on a contract basis, with flexibility to align training schedules with institutional or corporate requirements
