Position: Welding Machine Operator Trainer

Locations: Nagpur | Amravati | Mumbai

Experience Required: 7+ Years

Qualification: ITI Welder / Diploma in Mechanical / NSQF Level 5 Key Responsibilities:

Deliver hands-on training on SMAW, MIG (GMAW), TIG (GTAW) & Gas Cutting

Train learners on welding parameters, joint preparation & electrode selection

Teach engineering drawings, welding symbols & fabrication practices

Guide trainees on welding inspection, quality standards & defect identification

Ensure safe welding practices, PPE usage & workshop discipline

Develop training content,



practical exercises & learner assessments We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has robust hands-on experience in welding & fabrication

Is proficient in SMAW, MIG, TIG & Gas Cutting

Understands welding quality, inspection & safety standards

Can read and interpret engineering drawings & welding symbols

Has excellent communication & training skills
