- Act as a key member of the HFM/FDM financial systems team.
- Develop and maintain all technical aspects of HFM/FDM applications.
- Construct metadata, logic changes, and data import routines.
- Design and develop web forms and business rules.
- Develop reports and perform general system maintenance.
- Build, modify, and enhance reporting systems, creating complex reports for global users.
- Conduct proactive reviews of application design and recommend enhancements.
- Ensure HFM and FDM applications comply with architectural standards, methodologies, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HFM and FDM user issues; collaborate with the IT team for complex issues.
- Develop and update training documentation for end-users.
- Monitor project efforts, anticipate potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure overall system stability and optimal performance of HFM and FDM applications.
Experience Required:
- Hands-on experience in HFM/FDM development, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong expertise in metadata construction, data imports, and logic modifications.
- Proficiency in web form and business rule development.
- Experience in designing and generating complex reports.
- Ability to assess system designs and recommend improvements.
- Experience in training users and preparing technical documentation.
