About HiWox HiWox is building a next-generation HealthTech platform that integrates the 9 dimensions of wellness into one intelligent ecosystem.

Our vision is to transform preventive healthcare by combining AI, diagnostics, wearable technologies, behavioral science, healthcare professionals, and digital health into one intelligent platform that empowers individuals, corporates, hospitals, and wellness providers.

As a HealthTech Product Owner , you will be responsible for defining the product vision, translating business needs into scalable digital solutions, and leading the execution of HiWox's product roadmap. You will work closely with engineering, AI, healthcare, design, and business teams to build products that are intuitive, clinically relevant, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities Product Vision & Strategy

- Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with HiWox's long-term vision and business objectives.
- Prioritize features based on user needs, clinical impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Identify new product opportunities in preventive healthcare, AI, diagnostics, telehealth, corporate wellness, and digital health.

Product Planning & Execution
- Convert business requirements into detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature specifications.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize sprint deliverables, and work closely with development teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Coordinate feature releases, testing, user acceptance, and continuous product improvements.

Healthcare Workflow Design
- Design digital workflows for:
- Digital Health Intelligence (DHI) assessments

- Wellness consultations

- Client onboarding

- Captain accountability system

- Nutrition and lifestyle tracking

- Teleconsultation

- Corporate wellness programs

- Diagnostic and wearable integrations
- Ensure workflows are intuitive for users, consultants, hospitals, and corporate clients.

Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with software developers, AI engineers, UX/UI designers, data scientists, healthcare professionals, nutritionists, psychologists, physiotherapists, and operations teams.
- Act as the bridge between business, healthcare,



and technology teams to ensure seamless execution.

Product Analytics & User Research
- Conduct customer interviews, usability testing, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Track product KPIs such as user engagement, retention, feature adoption, customer satisfaction, and health outcomes.
- Use analytics and user feedback to improve product performance and customer experience.

AI & Healthcare Innovation
- Work with AI and Data Science teams to develop personalized wellness recommendations, predictive analytics, Digital Health Intelligence (DHI), and intelligent healthcare workflows.
- Explore opportunities to integrate wearables, healthcare devices, remote monitoring, and digital biomarkers into the platform.

Compliance & Quality
- Ensure product development follows privacy-by-design principles and aligns with India's DPDP Act and healthcare data security best practices.
- Maintain high standards for usability, accessibility, documentation, and product quality.

Who Should Apply?
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, Product Management, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or HealthTech product development.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Lean Product Development, and product lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build products from zero to one.

Immediate Priorities (First 90 Days)
- Finalize the product roadmap for the HiWox platform.
- Build detailed PRDs for the mobile application, consultant dashboard, admin portal, and employer dashboard.




- Design the complete Digital Health Intelligence (DHI) user journey.
- Coordinate development sprints with engineering and design teams.
- Validate product workflows through user testing and stakeholder feedback.
- Prioritize MVP features for launch and establish a structured product management process.
- Build a product analytics framework to measure adoption, engagement, and outcomes.

Equity-Based Prospect This is an equity-only founding team role .

There is no fixed salary during the initial bootstrapping phase . Compensation will be introduced after fundraising and revenue stabilization.

Our Onboarding Process Includes

- 3–4 strategic discussions with the founder.
- A 1-month NDA-based collaboration phase to evaluate strategic thinking, execution capability, ownership, and long-term alignment.
- Long-term founding team agreement.
- Equity allocation based on contribution, expertise, and commitment.
- A 5-year vesting structure for all core founding members.

Ideal Candidate Profile We Are Looking For Someone Who

- Has 3–7+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis.
- Has experience launching and scaling digital products from concept to production.
- Can balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership.
- Bonus if you have worked in HealthTech, MedTech, WellnessTech, SaaS, AI, or Digital Healthcare.

We are looking for a founding Product Owner who can define product strategy, simplify complex healthcare workflows, lead cross-functional execution, and build a world-class preventive healthcare platform. As a founding team member, you will play a pivotal role in shaping HiWox's products, user experience, and long-term impact on healthcare.
