The Position:

ChiniMandi publishes every day. Behind the newsroom sits a machine: publishing workflows, ad operations, subscriber and database management, vendor contracts, technology coordination, and event support. You will run that machine so that editors edit, sales sells, and readers get the product on time.

We are looking for 8 or more years running operations in a media, digital, or subscription business, with the discipline to build processes and the patience to make people follow them.

The Role:

- Own day-to-day operations across ChiniMandi's publishing, distribution, and commercial delivery
- Build processes that scale as the platform grows
- Act as the working bridge between editorial, sales, technology, and finance

Responsibilities:

- Manage the daily publishing workflow across the website, newsletters,



and distribution channels so deadlines are met
- Run ad operations: campaign scheduling, creative trafficking, delivery tracking, and reporting to the sales team
- Maintain subscriber, reader, and client databases with clean and current records
- Coordinate with technology vendors on uptime, fixes, and feature releases, and track issues to closure
- Manage operational vendors, contracts, and renewals
- Prepare a monthly operational MIS covering publishing, campaign delivery, and cost lines
- Support SEIC, SEIA, and Round Table with registration systems, on-ground coordination, and post-event follow-through
- Document processes and train the team on them
