We are hiring Head – Wealth Management on behalf of a leading NBFC that is expanding its Wealth Management business focused on HNI and affluent clients.

This is a high-visibility leadership opportunity to build, scale, and lead the Wealth Management vertical from the ground up.

? Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the Wealth Management business strategy
- Build and lead high-performing Relationship Manager & Wealth Advisor teams
- Drive AUM, revenue, profitability, client acquisition and retention
- Manage HNI & affluent client relationships and investment advisory
- Drive distribution of Mutual Funds, NCDs, Fixed Income, Insurance, Multi-Currency Cards & other investment products
- Develop strategic partnerships with AMCs, insurers and financial institutions
- Establish sales processes, KPIs and performance frameworks
- Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI & IRDAI regulations




- Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion
