Responsibilities

- Handling Litigations and Assessments of the company including filing of appeal petition and replies to notices from authorities

- Managing all compliances including supervising of filing of returns compliances in GST

- Ensuring TDS /TCS all other income tax compliances

- Handling Tax Audit & ITR

- Supervising GST Annual Return / Reco

- Support in statutory audit (MAT, DTA computation, GST reco etc.)

- Examining recent transaction model/contracts from tax point of view

- Implementing changes brought in both DT and IDT and getting the system prepared

- Ensuring GST Vendor reconciliation to minimise Input credit loss

- Handling Vendor / Customer / Cross Departmental queries

- Handling queries in respect of e-waybill, e-invoicing

- Timely issuance of Way bills if required





- Periodical checking of applicable GST rates

- Handling VAT/CST Assessments, Handling Tax disputes litigations,

- Liasioning with external consultants

- Generation and computation of liability

- Prepare data for assessments, submissions, notices and returns

- Handling Direct Tax matters

- Computation of Taxable Income, MAT, Deferred Tax liability

- Handling Direct Tax Compliance (like ITR filing, TDS return filing, application for LDC etc.) and
- preparation of Tax Audit Report

- Liasioning with Income Tax Officers

- Proficient with Accounting, Deferred Tax Calculations

- Handling of Litigation
