CTC: Up to ₹70 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end business growth and P&L; for the East Zone.

Lead sales, operations, retail excellence, and profitability across the region.

Manage a business turnover of ₹500–800 Cr.

Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Build, mentor, and lead high-performing regional teams.

Ensure operational excellence, customer experience, and compliance across all stores.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive expansion and business performance.

Preferred Profile:

15+ years of leadership experience in Retail

Solid P&L; and multi-store management expertise

Proven track record of handling large-scale business operations (₹500–800 Cr turnover)

Excellent people leadership and stakeholder management skills

Strategic mindset with strong business acumen
