Experience within premium consumer durables, kitchen appliances/cookware, home & lifestyle products, electronics, automotive, furniture, or other design-led physical products would be particularly relevant.

We are partnering with a fast-growing, design-led premium consumer brand that is looking for an accomplished Head of Product to lead its product vision, roadmap, design, and innovation agenda.

This is a high-impact leadership prospect for someone who combines strong product thinking, design sensibility, consumer understanding, and commercial acumen — and enjoys building products from concept to market .

We’re looking for someone with:

- 10+ years of experience in Product Leadership / Product Development / Product Innovation
- 3+ years of experience working with premium or super-premium physical consumer products
- Proven experience taking at least one significant product from inception to market
- Strong understanding of design, materials, engineering and manufacturing
- Deep consumer empathy and the ability to identify problems worth solving
- Strong commercial and analytical orientation
- Experience leading cross-functional product/design teams
- International exposure




- Executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders from the factory floor to the boardroom

What you’ll own:

- Define and drive the overall product roadmap across existing and emerging categories
- Identify unmet consumer needs and translate insights into differentiated product opportunities
- Build and maintain a strong, consistent premium design language across the portfolio
- Lead Product Management & Design teams while collaborating closely with engineering, manufacturing, marketing and sales
- Drive products end-to-end — from consumer insight, concept and design to engineering, manufacturing and launch
- Balance long-term product innovation with commercial objectives, growth and profitability
- Build the next generation of products that can create meaningful consumer demand and category differentiation
