nKey Responsibilities:

- Lead end‐to‐end operations: manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, warehousing, logistics, customer fulfillment.

- Drive customer service KPIs: Fill Rate, OTIF, and inventory accuracy.
N
- Oversee demand planningwith close coordination between manufacturing units and sales.
N
- Ensure manufacturing excellence: process optimization, compliance (ISO, GMP), and productivity improvement.
N
- Own cost and efficiencyinitiatives with direct impact on P&L.;
N
- Provide solid people leadership, managing large teams and cross‐functional collaboration.
