We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations to lead the Production, Repair, Quality, and Logistics functions at our India manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient manufacturing operations, maintaining quality standards, optimizing production processes, and building a high-performing operations team to support the company's growth.

The successful candidate will oversee the assembly, testing, and dispatch of fuel cell systems for domestic and international customers while working closely with global teams to implement manufacturing best practices.

Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage Production, Repair, Quality, and Logistics operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.

- Oversee assembly, testing, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) of fuel cell systems.
- Develop and improve manufacturing processes, assembly instructions, and testing procedures in collaboration with global engineering teams.
- Manage production planning, material flow, and inventory through ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, ProAlpha, or equivalent).
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
- Recruit, develop,



and mentor the operations team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Monitor production performance, prepare operational reports, and manage departmental budgets. Your Profile • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 12–18 years of experience in manufacturing operations, including at least 10 years in leadership roles within multinational organizations.
- Proven experience in production management, quality, logistics, warehouse operations, and manufacturing process improvement.
- Solid understanding of ERP systems, production planning, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT).
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in clean energy, industrial equipment, electrical products, electronics, automotive, or advanced manufacturing will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel internationally for product and manufacturing training. What's Offered • Compensation: 40 LPA Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations with a focus on precision rather than scale.

Experience in the battery or semiconductor industry is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable managing a small team and be open to relocating to Gurugram if not already based in the Delhi NCR region.
