Role Description The Head of Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities and ensuring efficient functioning of the institution. This role includes designing and optimizing processes across academic, administrative, and support functions, aligning operations with organizational goals and quality standards.

The Head of Operations will manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships,



while monitoring performance metrics and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The position involves leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, collaborating with academic leadership, and ensuring compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements. The role also requires clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth delivery of programs and services.

Qualifications

- Strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization and resource planning.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, develop insights, and drive operational decisions.
- Proven Team Management capabilities with experience in leading, mentoring, and developing diverse teams.
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with academic, administrative, and external stakeholders.
- Budgeting expertise, including financial planning, cost control, and monitoring of operational expenditures.
- Experience in educational or life sciences institutions is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a rapid-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
