Marketing Head – Email Deliverability SaaS Company: Mailora

Mailora is an email deliverability intelligence platform that helps businesses improve inbox placement, identify spam-related issues, monitor sender reputation, analyze authentication, and make better pre-send and post-send decisions.

We are building Mailora as a globally recognized email deliverability SaaS brand for marketers, email teams, agencies, publishers, and enterprises. About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Marketing Head to lead Mailora’s global marketing strategy and execution.

This role requires someone who can combine strategic leadership with strong execution across product marketing, demand generation, content, SEO, paid acquisition, founder branding, partnerships, events, and go-to-market planning.

The ideal candidate should have strong SaaS marketing experience and a clear understanding of how to build awareness, generate qualified demand, improve trial conversions, and create a scalable marketing engine for a growing B2B product.

Experience in email marketing SaaS, email deliverability, martech, marketing automation, cybersecurity, or a closely related B2B technology category will be strongly preferred. Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy and Leadership

Develop and execute Mailora’s overall global marketing strategy.

Build a clear marketing roadmap aligned with revenue, product, and growth goals.

Define target markets, ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, messaging, positioning, and category strategy.

Translate company goals into quarterly and annual marketing priorities.

Own the marketing budget and allocate spending based on performance and growth potential.

Build, mentor, and manage the internal marketing team and external agencies.

Establish clear KPIs, reporting systems, and accountability across all marketing activities.

Go-to-Market and Product Marketing

Develop Mailora’s go-to-market strategy for key products, features, industries, and regions.

Strengthen product positioning, messaging, differentiation, and competitive narratives.

Create messaging for different customer segments, including enterprises, agencies, SaaS companies, publishers, ecommerce brands, and email teams.

Work closely with product, sales, customer success, and deliverability teams.

Lead product launches, feature announcements, use-case campaigns, and market education.

Improve website messaging, feature pages, pricing communication, landing pages, and conversion paths.

Develop sales-enablement materials, pitch decks, battlecards, case studies, and product collateral.

Demand Generation

Build a predictable demand-generation engine across inbound and outbound channels.

Own paid acquisition across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, and other relevant platforms.

Develop campaigns that generate qualified traffic, product trials, demos, and sales opportunities.

Improve lead quality, customer acquisition cost, conversion rates,



and marketing contribution to pipeline.

Create campaigns for specific industries, use cases, regions, and buyer segments.

Collaborate with the growth team to improve free-trial activation, product adoption, and paid conversions.

Develop account-based marketing campaigns for enterprise prospects.

Content, SEO and AI Search

Lead the content strategy for email marketing, email deliverability, sender reputation, authentication, inbox placement, and related topics.

Build Mailora’s topical authority through blogs, guides, reports, research, comparisons, case studies, webinars, and educational content.

Oversee SEO, Answer Engine Optimization, Generative Engine Optimization, and AI-search visibility.

Create content designed to rank in search engines and appear in AI-generated answers.

Ensure content is original, data-backed, technically accurate, and commercially relevant.

Develop link-building, digital PR, expert contribution, and industry citation strategies.

Track organic traffic, keyword visibility, backlinks, AI citations, leads, and conversions.

Founder and Brand Marketing

Build a strong founder-led thought leadership strategy.

Work with the founder to develop LinkedIn posts, industry opinions, educational content, interviews, and executive commentary.

Position Mailora’s leadership as trusted experts in email deliverability and email marketing.

Build a consistent brand voice across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, newsletters, and other platforms.

Oversee brand campaigns, customer stories, industry insights, and community engagement.

Develop a differentiated brand identity that stands out in the global email ecosystem.

Partnerships, Events and Community

Build strategic relationships with ESPs, email platforms, agencies, martech companies, consultants, and industry communities.

Identify co-marketing, integration, referral, affiliate, webinar, and event opportunities.

Lead Mailora’s participation in global conferences, summits, roundtables, webinars, and executive events.

Develop a community and advocacy strategy involving customers, industry experts, partners, and influencers.

Support analyst relations, PR, awards, media engagement, and industry-body participation.

Marketing Operations and Analytics

Build a strong marketing measurement and reporting framework.

Track the complete funnel from traffic and engagement to trial, activation, opportunity, and revenue.

Establish reporting for channel performance, attribution, acquisition costs, conversion rates, retention, and marketing ROI.

Improve CRM, automation, lead-nurturing, scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.

Use data to identify underperforming campaigns, growth opportunities,



and budget priorities.

Conduct regular competitor, market, customer, and campaign analysis.

Required Experience

10–15+ years of experience in B2B marketing.

At least 5 years of experience in SaaS, martech, enterprise software, or technology marketing.

Proven experience leading marketing strategy and execution for a growing product or company.

Strong knowledge of demand generation, product marketing, SEO, content, paid acquisition, brand building, and marketing operations.

Experience managing meaningful marketing budgets and demonstrating measurable ROI.

Strong understanding of B2B SaaS funnels, free trials, product adoption, demos, sales pipelines, and subscription revenue.

Experience managing internal teams, agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to simplify technical products and communicate their business value.

Strong analytical, leadership, planning, and execution capabilities.

Comfortable working in a rapid-moving environment where leadership is expected to remain hands-on.

Preferred Experience

Experience in email marketing SaaS or email deliverability SaaS.

Understanding of sender reputation, inbox placement, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, spam filtering, blocklists, and email infrastructure.

Experience marketing products to global audiences, especially in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe.

Experience with product-led growth, account-based marketing, partner marketing, and founder-led marketing.

Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms.

Experience launching and scaling an early-stage or growth-stage SaaS product.

Experience working with technical founders, product teams, and subject-matter experts.

Success Metrics The Marketing Head will be evaluated based on:
