About the Role FirstDemat is looking for a dynamic Marketing Head to lead our marketing function and drive company growth. The ideal candidate comes from the fintech domain, has deep knowledge of AI-driven marketing, and thrives on taking up challenges and delivering practical solutions. You will own the complete marketing strategy from digital campaigns and social media to brand building and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business growth goals.

- Plan, run, and optimize digital campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Google, and other channels.
- Leverage AI tools for content creation, campaign optimization, audience targeting, and marketing automation.
- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition for fintech products (demat, trading, and investment services).
- Build and manage the FirstDemat brand – positioning, messaging, and market visibility.
- Analyze campaign performance, track ROI, and present data-backed reports to leadership.
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently and negotiate with vendors/agencies.
- Stay ahead of fintech and AI marketing trends, and proactively bring recent ideas to the table.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team.





Required Qualifications & Skills • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, with proven work in the fintech domain (broking, demat, payments, lending, or investment products).

- Deep knowledge of AI hands on experience with AI marketing tools (content generation, analytics, automation, chatbots, etc.).
- Strong command of digital marketing: social media, performance marketing, SEO, and email/WhatsApp marketing.
- Problem-solver mindset – ready to take on challenges and provide practical solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Must be an immediate joiner and willing to work from Ranchi.

Good to Have • Understanding of SEBI/regulatory guidelines for financial product marketing.

- Experience growing Telegram/Instagram communities in the finance space.
- Prior experience in a leadership or team-management role.
