Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders on people and organizational priorities.
- Drive talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to enhance employee engagement, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead change management and transformation initiatives across business functions.
- Coach and develop leaders on people management, culture, and capability building.
- Analyze people metrics and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with COEs to deliver best-in-class HR programs and employee experiences.
- Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and growth-oriented culture.
