Mailora is looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Head of Growth Marketing to build and scale customer acquisition, product adoption, conversion, and revenue growth.
This role will own the complete growth funnel, from qualified traffic and free-trial acquisition to activation, engagement, conversion, retention, and expansion.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable combining performance marketing, product-led growth, funnel optimization, lifecycle marketing, experimentation, analytics, landing-page optimization, and demand generation. This is not a role focused only on generating traffic or leads. The candidate will be responsible for improving measurable business outcomes across the customer journey. Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth Strategy
Develop and execute Mailora’s growth strategy across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and expansion.
Identify the highest-impact growth opportunities across channels, audiences, markets, and product journeys.
Build quarterly growth plans with clear targets, experiments, budgets, and expected outcomes.
Create a structured growth experimentation framework.
Prioritize initiatives based on impact, confidence, effort, cost, and scalability.
Work closely with marketing, product, sales, customer success, engineering, and leadership.
Paid Acquisition and Performance Marketing
Own paid acquisition across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, display, and relevant industry platforms.
Create campaigns targeting email marketers, deliverability professionals, agencies, publishers, SaaS companies, and enterprise teams.
Develop campaign strategies across search, competitor keywords, problem-aware audiences, remarketing, and account-based targeting.
Manage campaign structure, targeting, bidding, creative testing, landing pages, and conversion tracking.
Optimize cost per trial, cost per qualified lead, customer acquisition cost, and return on advertising spend.
Continuously test audiences, messages, offers, channels, creatives, and landing pages.
Ensure advertising budgets are managed efficiently and transparently.
Product-Led Growth and Trial Conversion
Own the free-trial acquisition, onboarding, activation, and conversion journey.
Identify the actions and product experiences most strongly associated with paid conversion.
Improve signup flows, onboarding steps, in-product guidance, product education, and upgrade prompts.
Build campaigns that help trial users reach value faster.
Work with product and customer success teams to reduce friction and abandonment.
Develop segmented journeys based on use case, company size, activity, intent, and engagement.
Improve trial-to-paid conversion, time to value, product adoption, and repeat usage.
Funnel and Conversion Optimization
Analyze the complete customer journey from first visit to paid subscription.
Identify leaks, friction points, poor-quality traffic, and conversion barriers.
Improve website conversion rates, landing pages, lead forms, pricing pages, signup flows, and calls to action.
Run A/B tests across messaging, layouts, offers, onboarding, emails, and product prompts.
Build conversion-focused landing pages for specific audiences, use cases, competitors, and campaigns.
Work with designers, developers, content writers, and product teams to implement experiments quickly.
Document test hypotheses, results, learnings, and next actions.
Lifecycle Marketing
Build lifecycle campaigns for leads, free-trial users, inactive users, paid customers, and churn-risk accounts.
Create onboarding, nurture, activation, re-engagement, conversion, upsell, and retention campaigns.
Use behavioral and product-usage data to personalize communication.
Develop segmentation based on company profile, user behaviour, engagement, intent, and customer stage.
Improve email performance while following robust deliverability and consent practices.
Coordinate with customer success and sales teams to improve follow-up and handoffs.
Organic and Content-Led Growth
Work with content and SEO teams to convert organic traffic into trials and revenue.
Identify high-intent content opportunities, use-case pages, competitor pages, templates, tools, reports, and lead magnets.
Create growth loops through free tools, reports, benchmarks, referral programmes, and educational assets.
Improve content CTAs, internal journeys, lead capture, trial entry points, and conversion paths.
Support programmatic SEO, product-led SEO, and AI-search growth initiatives.
Repurpose webinars, reports, customer insights, and product data into scalable acquisition assets.
Partnerships and Referral Growth
Develop partnerships with ESPs, email platforms, agencies, consultants, affiliates, and technology companies.
Create referral, affiliate, integration, co-marketing, and channel-growth programmes.
Identify partners that can generate consistent qualified demand.
Develop joint webinars, reports, campaigns, events, and educational initiatives.
Track partner-sourced leads, conversions, revenue, and programme profitability.
Analytics and Attribution
Build accurate reporting for acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and revenue.
Define funnel stages, attribution models, and performance dashboards.
Track key metrics across advertising, website, product, CRM, and revenue systems.
Analyze cohort performance, channel quality, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, churn, and payback period.
Ensure tracking is accurate across campaigns, forms, product events, and sales outcomes.
Present growth performance, insights, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
Team and Execution
Build and manage a high-performing growth team as the function expands.
Manage agencies, freelancers, designers, developers, and performance marketing partners.
Create a culture of experimentation, accountability, speed,
and data-driven decision-making.
Ensure growth initiatives are implemented on schedule and measured correctly.
Balance quick experiments with long-term scalable growth programmes.
Remain hands-on in campaign execution, analysis, and optimization.
Required
Experience
7–12+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, or demand generation.
Strong experience in B2B SaaS, technology, martech, or software products.
Proven record of improving customer acquisition, trial conversion, pipeline, or recurring revenue.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting, landing pages, analytics, and conversion optimization.
Strong understanding of SaaS funnels, product-led growth, onboarding, lifecycle marketing, retention, and subscription metrics.
Experience running structured experiments and A/B tests.
Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into clear business actions.
Experience managing meaningful marketing budgets.
Strong project-management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Excellent communication and reporting capabilities.
Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of growth outcomes.
Preferred
Experience
Experience marketing email marketing, email deliverability, martech, cybersecurity, or B2B infrastructure products.
Understanding of email deliverability, sender reputation, authentication, inbox placement, and spam analysis.
Experience working with free-trial or freemium SaaS models.
Experience targeting international customers.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, Ahrefs, Semrush, and marketing automation platforms.
Experience with referral programmes, affiliate partnerships, product-led SEO, and account-based marketing.
Basic ability to work with product analytics, SQL, no-code tools, APIs, or automation platforms will be an advantage.
Experience joining a growing SaaS company and building the growth function from an early stage.
