Positron Energy Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head – Finance & Accounts to lead our Finance & Accounting function and drive financial excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team and oversee end-to-end financial operations.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, MIS reporting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure statutory compliance, taxation, audit coordination, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage financial reporting, internal controls, risk management, and process improvements.
- Handle banking relationships, working capital management,



and financial analysis.
- Support strategic decision-making through financial insights and business recommendations.

Qualification & Experience:

- CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience in a listed company will be preferred.
- Robust knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and financial reporting.
