About the Role

Beverly Hills Polo Club India is seeking a commercially driven Head – E-commerce to lead and scale the company's entire online business.

This is not a functional E-commerce role—it is a business leadership position with complete ownership of the E-commerce vertical across Brand.com, Marketplaces, and Omni-channel digital initiatives.

Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, you will own the strategy, P&L;, growth, profitability, customer experience, merchandising, digital marketing, and operational performance of BHPC India's online business.

You will be responsible for building one of India's fastest-growing premium fashion E-commerce businesses while ensuring sustainable profitability and exceptional customer experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the E-commerce Business

· Lead the complete E-commerce function for BHPC

· Own the online business strategy and long-term growth roadmap.

· Build and scale a profitable digital business aligned with the company's overall growth objectives.

· Operate as the Business Head for the online channel with full commercial accountability. P&L; Ownership

· Own the complete E-commerce P&L; including revenue, gross margin, contribution margin, EBITDA, and profitability.

· Drive topline growth while maintaining healthy margins.

· Prepare annual business plans, quarterly forecasts, and monthly reviews.

· Identify new revenue opportunities across products, channels, and customer segments. Marketplace & DTC Leadership

· Drive growth across Brand.com and leading marketplaces including Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart, Tata CLiQ, Nykaa Fashion, and other strategic partners.

· Define channel strategy, investment priorities, and growth targets.

· Strengthen marketplace relationships to maximize visibility, sales, and profitability. Commercial & Merchandising Excellence





· Lead assortment planning, pricing, promotions, and inventory optimization.

· Maximize sell-through while protecting brand positioning and margins.

· Partner with Buying, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams to ensure healthy inventory productivity and product availability.

Digital

Growth & Customer Acquisition

· Own customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.

· Lead performance marketing, CRM, loyalty, and customer engagement strategies.

· Establish clear CAC, ROAS, and LTV benchmarks to ensure profitable growth.

· Optimize website conversion, Average Order Value (AOV), and repeat purchase rates.

Customer

Experience

· Deliver a seamless customer journey across discovery, purchase, fulfillment, and post-sales service.

· Continuously improve digital experience, conversion funnels, and customer satisfaction metrics. Leadership

· Build and lead a high-performing E-commerce organization.

· Collaborate with Marketing, Retail, Finance, Supply Chain, Technology, Buying, Merchandising, and Customer Service teams.

· Manage external agencies and strategic technology partners.

· Present business performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Ideal

Candidate

· 10–15 years of experience in E-commerce leadership within premium fashion, lifestyle, apparel, footwear, or retail.

· Proven experience leading an E-commerce business with full P&L; accountability.

· Strong understanding of both Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Marketplace ecosystems.

· Demonstrated success in scaling profitable online businesses.

· Deep expertise in digital marketing, merchandising, pricing strategy, inventory planning, CRM, and analytics.

· Robust commercial acumen with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.

· Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
