To ensure conceptual clarity and real-life application of mathematical ideas.

To design structured lesson plans using diverse teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.

To integrate technology, models, and problem-based learning to enhance understanding.

- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and confidence in mathematics.
- Manage behaviour with empathy, consistency, and alignment with school values.

Update parents regularly on progress, strengths, and areas of improvement.
- Maintain transparency and professionalism in parent communication.




- Collaborate with co-teachers, primary grade teachers, and subject coordinators for planning and integrated learning themes.

Prepare students for board exams and entrance/competitive examinations through revision strategies, mock tests, and problem-solving sessions. Impart subject knowledge but also nurtures logical thinking, perseverance, and intellectual disciplineskills essential for academic success and lifelong learning.

Prepare question papers, assignments, and projects.

Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student performance, and provide constructive feedback.

Mandatory

- Masters degree (M.Sc in Mathematics)
- B.Ed. in Mathematics
- Min 5 years of experience in teaching senior secondary (XI & XII) grades.
