Head – Corporate Housing

Location: Mumbai

IOS Relocations is seeking an experienced, commercially driven Head – Corporate Housing to lead and expand our Corporate Housing business, providing accommodation solutions to multinational clients across India.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and develop the Corporate Housing team.

Drive business development and grow revenue from existing and new multinational clients.

Build solid relationships with corporate clients and ensure exceptional client service.

Develop and manage a nationwide network of serviced apartments, hotels, and corporate housing partners.

Negotiate commercial agreements and preferred supplier contracts.

Oversee sourcing, pricing, bookings, quality, and service delivery.

Manage the commercial performance of the business, including quotations, billing, invoicing, collections, reporting, and profitability.

Establish operational processes, service standards, and performance metrics.

Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships to grow the business.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Hospitality qualification preferred.

Minimum 10 plus years' experience in Corporate Housing, Serviced Apartments, Hospitality, Relocation, or Corporate Travel.

Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams.

Robust business development and key account management skills with multinational clients.

Excellent negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management experience.

Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, pricing, P&L;, billing, invoicing, and collections.

Outstanding communication, presentation,



and stakeholder management skills.

Highly organised, customer-focused, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Existing industry relationships within the corporate housing or hospitality sector will be an advantage.

Experience in corporate housing, hospitality, property management, preferably within relocation or real estate services.

Proven ability to manage vendor and landlord relationships, including negotiation of contracts, rates, and service-level agreements.

Strong client service mindset, with experience handling expatriate or corporate clients and resolving accommodation-related concerns promptly.

Solid organizational and operational skills, including oversight of bookings, occupancy, documentation, compliance, and quality standards.

Effective leadership and team management capabilities, with experience guiding and developing a service delivery or operations team.

Comfort with using relocation or property management software and basic proficiency with standard office productivity tools.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, real estate, business administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in relocation or property management are beneficial.

Ability to work in office in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with flexibility to handle occasional after-hours or weekend requirements To Apply
