Headquartered in Current Delhi, we are looking for a passionate and strategic Content Head to lead our brand storytelling, content strategy, and creative communication across all channels, driving both brand impact and business growth.

Position Overview-

Brand & Campaign Strategy

- Develop campaign concepts, communication strategies, and brand narratives.
- Define and maintain the MARS brand voice across all channels.
- Build messaging frameworks for new product launches and key campaigns.
- Translate consumer insights into impactful content ideas.

Advertising & Performance Creative
- Write high-converting scripts for Meta, YouTube, and digital advertising.
- Develop creative hooks, ad angles, and performance-first messaging.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to continuously improve creative effectiveness.
- Generate multiple creative variations for testing and optimization.

Social Media & Influencer Content
- Lead content strategy across social media platforms.
- Create content pillars and monthly communication plans.
- Develop creator briefs and influencer campaign messaging.
- Identify trends and adapt them into brand-relevant content.

Product & E-commerce Content
- Create compelling product storytelling and positioning.
- Write product descriptions, landing pages, website copy, and launch communication.
- Manage marketplace content for Amazon, Nykaa, Tira, Flipkart, Myntra, and other platforms.
- Develop A+ Content, PDP copy, and conversion-focused product communication.

CRM & Customer Communication
- Write content for WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and Push Notifications.




- Support promotional campaigns and customer lifecycle communication.
- Ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.

Creative Production
- Write scripts for shoots, creator collaborations, and brand films.
- Prepare creative briefs, moodboards, and production guidelines.
- Work closely with designers, videographers, photographers, editors, agencies, and creators.
- Review creative assets to ensure quality and brand consistency.

Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the in-house content team.
- Review, edit, and elevate all content before publication.
- Assign work, manage priorities, and ensure timely execution.
- Build processes, templates, and quality standards for content creation.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Brand, Product, Performance Marketing, Design, E-commerce, CRM, and Influencer Marketing teams.
- Ensure content aligns with business goals, product strategy, and campaign objectives.
- Act as the central owner of content across the organization.

Content Innovation
- Explore emerging content formats, platforms, and storytelling techniques.
- Leverage AI tools to improve content quality, speed, and scalability.
- Build repeatable content systems that enable faster execution without compromising creativity.

What We're Looking For-

- 6–10 years of experience in Content, Copywriting, Advertising, Creative Strategy, or Brand Marketing.
- Prior experience managing or mentoring a content team.
- Experience working with Beauty, Fashion, Lifestyle, FMCG, or D2C brands is highly preferred.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and consumer psychology.
- Proven experience creating content that delivers both brand impact and business results.
- Experience writing advertising scripts and performance creatives.
