Position: Head – Construction Projects We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Head of Construction Projects to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of the organization's construction and infrastructure portfolio. This leadership role will be responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, from concept to commissioning, while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, budget, and timeline objectives.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the Group's infrastructure growth by managing large-scale industrial, commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects while collaborating closely with senior leadership, consultants, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end execution of construction projects including industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, commercial developments, residential projects,



warehouses, and infrastructure assets.

Develop project execution strategies, resource plans, budgets, and timelines aligned with organizational objectives.

Establish robust project governance, monitoring, and control mechanisms to ensure timely delivery.

Drive project planning, design review, procurement, contracting, construction, commissioning, and handover activities.

Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, environmental, and statutory compliance requirements.

Manage relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and government authorities.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to avoid delays and cost overruns.

Lead contract negotiations, procurement strategies, and vendor performance management.

Monitor project budgets, cash flows, and cost optimization initiatives.

Provide periodic updates, MIS reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management and promoters.

Essential Qualifications & Experience Proven experience leading large residential projects.

Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, project controls, contracts, procurement, and construction management.

Sound knowledge of civil, structural, MEP, utilities, and infrastructure development.

Experience in handling EPC contractors, PMC firms, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive cost efficiencies without compromising quality.
