You will be deployed as Head of FP&A; for our client, a London-headquartered global group in the digital learning and entertainment space, reaching tens of millions of families worldwide.

The group operates across two verticals: Digital (subscription streaming, gaming and edutainment platforms distributed through 20+ major global platform and telecom partners) and Physical (market-leading subscription-based learning products). The Role

You will lead the FP&A; and Finance Business Partnering team across the group, own group-level financial visibility, and be the senior finance voice on performance. Established processes (a central consolidation MasterFile and a monthly Group MBR cadence) are already in place — your job is to run them well, elevate them, and lead the team that feeds them. Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the FP&A; / Finance Business Partner team across both verticals (Digital and Physical)

Own the consolidation of vertical results into the central group MasterFile

Produce and present the monthly Group MBR, aggregating the Digital and Physical verticals' results and MBRs into a coherent group narrative

Own the group perspective: group financial models, consolidated P&L;, cash flow forecasting, and the group budget and reforecast cycles

Partner with and support business leaders with data-driven, insightful analysis





Work closely with group leadership to formulate the business's medium- to long-term financial and strategic plan

Analyse trends in Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially financial metrics such as sales, expenditure and profit margin

Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, cash forecasting and financial processes

Recommend and lead improvements to the performance management model of the business

Participate in cross-functional projects spanning finance, business and people areas (e.g. implementing business intelligence tooling and dashboard reporting)

Ad-hoc group-level business performance reporting

Act as the senior escalation point for day-to-day finance matters raised by business leads, coordinating with wider finance colleagues to resolve them

What We're Looking For

Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent, with 10+ years in finance including significant FP&A; leadership experience

Proven experience leading FP&A; or business partnering teams, ideally in a multi-entity, multi-currency international group

Robust consolidation and group reporting experience; comfortable owning a group MasterFile end-to-end

Board/MBR-grade presentation and commentary skills — you can turn numbers into narrative for senior stakeholders

Advanced financial modelling (P&L;, cash flow, scenario planning)

Experience in digital subscription, media, gaming or consumer businesses is a strong plus

Self-directed and effective in a fully remote, cross-time-zone team
