This role owns the gap between a demo that impresses and a Digital Worker that a customer trusts with their money.

The Role

GoComet builds AI Digital Workers that run freight processes end-to-end—not copilots that merely suggest, but workers that execute the job and escalate only what they cannot handle. Some of these workers are already live with enterprise customers and generating revenue.

As the Head of AI Products, you will own the entire AI product portfolio, along with the two factors that determine whether it can truly scale:

- How reliable a Digital Worker must be before it can act autonomously.
- Whether the underlying enterprise data is accurate enough to support those decisions.

Very few product leaders have owned both responsibilities because very few companies have progressed far enough to encounter this challenge.

You'll take proven products from working to trusted, then scale them globally.

Own the decisions

You'll

- Report directly to the Chief Product Officer
- Own company-level business metrics
- Chair the AI release gate
- Build the product organisation as the business grows

Models are becoming cheap. Inference will soon be almost free.

The real challenge is knowing which decisions AI can safely make—and ensuring the underlying data is trustworthy enough to support them.

What You'll Own

- The AI Product Line

Own the roadmap for

- GoVista
- Viera
- Context-Aware Products
- Autonomous AI Digital Workers

You'll decide:
- What gets built
- What gets removed




- What ships first

You'll also:
- Convert open pilots into paying customers
- Identify and eliminate blockers preventing adoption
- Own AI pricing and packaging alongside commercial leadership
- Build and lead the AI Product team as the business scales

2. The Autonomy Bar For every Digital Worker and every decision it makes, you'll define:
- When human approval is required
- When the AI can operate independently

You'll:
- Chair the AI release gate
- Approve every autonomous deployment
- Sign readiness and reliability reviews alongside the CISO
- Make the final Go/No-Go decision using evaluation results

The evaluation team provides the metrics.

You decide the bar.

- The Data Foundation

Everything starts with the decision the AI must make.

You'll work backwards to define:

- Required data fields
- Source systems
- Joins
- Freshness requirements

Then convert these into customer-specific data contracts.

You'll also

- Identify weaknesses in GoComet's own data pipelines
- Resolve missing identifiers and inaccessible datasets
- Partner directly with customer IT and Operations teams
- Integrate ERP, TMS, WMS, carrier portals, emails and documents
- Continuously reduce customer onboarding time

4. Trust & Governance

You'll define

- What every Digital Worker can access
- Customer-specific permissions
- Escalation policies
- Human oversight rules

Working closely with the CISO, you'll ensure enterprise buyers have everything required to approve autonomous AI systems.

You'll also document

- What AI handles automatically
- What always requires human intervention

What We're Looking For
- Product Leadership

- 10 years of professional experience
- 7 years in Product Management
- Experience owning a business metric or P&L;—not just a roadmap

2. Production AI Experience

You've successfully shipped AI or Machine Learning products to enterprise customers and understand why most AI initiatives fail after pilot deployments.





- Reliability Ownership

You've defined and defended reliability thresholds where incorrect AI decisions had real financial consequences.

- Enterprise Data Expertise

Deep understanding of

- Entity matching
- Master data management
- Schema design
- Data contracts
- Data quality measurement

You have personally worked with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms and transformed customer data into production-ready solutions.

Assumed Skills

We're not screening specifically for these, but we expect you to have:

- Working knowledge of SQL and Python
- Understanding of:

- Grounding
- AI evaluations
- Robust technical writing skills capable of producing documentation that becomes operational standards
