✔ Lead end-to-end HR strategy and operations

✔ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

✔ Drive talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee retention





✔ Manage employee relations and conflict resolution

✔ Oversee performance management and appraisal cycles

✔ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Who We're Looking For

✅ Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

✅ 4+ years of HR experience (B2B Events, Conferences, or Media industry preferred)

✅ Solid understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance

✅ Expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management

✅ Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office ? Salary: As per industry standards
