Role & responsibilities

- Plant Recruitment &
- Staffing:

Hire factory workers, machine operators, technicians, and shift engineers in coordination with plant heads.

- Labor &

- Industrial Relations:

Manage shop-floor worker grievances, union negotiations, disciplinary actions, and shift rosters.

- Compliance &

- Safety (EHS/OSHA):

Ensure strict adherence to factory labor laws, working hours, and industrial safety standards.

- Payroll &

Benefits Administration:

Oversee monthly attendance, wage computation, overtime calculations, and employee health benefits.

- Performance &

- Training:

Track blue-collar skill development, safety training, and annual appraisals for plant staff.

Required Qualifications &

- Skills

- Education: MBA in Human Resources or Bachelors degree in HR/Business Administration.

- Experience: 10 to 15 years of generalist experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing, plant, or industrial setup.

- Knowledge: Deep understanding of local labor acts, factory regulations, and payroll systems.

- Soft Skills: Conflict resolution, robust interpersonal communication, and high emotional intelligence.
