- Experience: Minimum 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven leadership experience managing large-scale HR operations.
- Industry Experience: Strong preference for candidate exposure within FMCG, Retail, QSR, or Consumer Products businesses.
- Multi-Location Management: Demonstrated track record of managing a distributed, multi-location, or pan-India retail/field sales workforce.
- Promoter/Fast-Growth Background: Prior experience working effectively in promoter-driven, family-owned, or rapidly scaling organizations is strongly preferred.
- Core Competencies:
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive influencing skills.
- Expertise in high-volume talent sourcing, retention, and field force management.
