About the Role We are looking for a energetic and student-focused Education Counselor to join our team The role involves guiding students in choosing the right career path courses and universities along with supporting them through the admission process Key Responsibilities Counsel students regarding educational opportunities career goals and admission processes Guide students in choosing suitable programs based on their profile and aspirations Provide detailed information about universities courses scholarships and admission criteria Assist with application processes documentation and visa requirements Participate in education fairs webinars and promotional activities Maintain regular follow-ups with students to ensure smooth conversion Build and maintain strong relationships with students parents and partner institutions Requirements Bachelor s Master s degree preferred in Education Management or related field Prior experience as a counselor in the education industry domestic overseas is highly desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple student queries and provide personalized guidance Sales target-oriented mindset with student-first approach Knowledge of international education systems UK Canada USA Europe etc will be an added advantage Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
