Key Requirements

- Extensive experience as an head Chef or sous Chef in high-volume Indian restaurants, luxury hotels, or established restaurant groups.
- Outstanding expertise in authentic and contemporary Indian cuisine.
- Proven ability to lead large kitchen teams, maintain exceptional food quality, and deliver operational excellence.
- Experience opening new restaurants or leading successful culinary operations is highly desirable.
- Robust menu development, food costing, and kitchen management skills.
