required head chef is responsible for overall kitchen operations, menu execution, food quality, hygiene, inventory management , team management, team leadership, and food cost control while ensuring are exceptional guest experience. experience must be 4-7 years in a premium cafe or continental restaurant.
key responsibility
- lead daily kitchen operations and supervise the culinary team
- prepare and oversees sandwiches, breakfast, salads, bowls , burgers, pasta ,pizzas, desserts, and cafe specials
- develop maintain recipes and SOPs.
- train and mentor kitchen staff
- control food cost, inventory, and wastage
- maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen compliance
- coordinate with the cafe manager on menu planning and seasonal offerings
Pay: ₹30,001.17 - ₹40,057.42 per month
