Initiative: Centre for Corporate Innovation & Intrapreneurship

Key Deliverables (First 6-12 Months):

- Build and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, industry bodies, government agencies, and innovation ecosystem partners.
- Develop a pipeline of industry-sponsored projects, innovation challenges, CSR partnerships, consulting assignments, and corporate funding opportunities.
- Identify industry needs and facilitate collaboration with the School of Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Bennett Hatchery Foundation, and other CIE centres for programme delivery.
- Generate opportunities for student internships, live projects, startup pilots, technology commercialization, and corporate-startup engagement.
- Represent the CIE ecosystem in industry forums, conferences, and networking platforms to strengthen institutional visibility and partnerships.
- Track partnership outcomes, revenue generation, and stakeholder engagement while expanding the University's corporate innovation network.
