We are looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven, and results-oriented Head – Billing & Reconciliation to lead AGGCON's billing and accounts receivable function.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in customer billing, account reconciliation, receivables management, and financial controls, with the ability to ensure timely billing, improve cash collections, and maintain accurate customer account records. Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end customer billing and reconciliation process across the organization.Ensure timely preparation of invoices and customer billing in accordance with contractual terms.

Coordinate with customers to obtain timely billing certifications and resolve billing-related issues.

Monitor accounts receivable, customer outstanding balances, and ageing reports.





Ensure accurate reconciliation of customer accounts and timely resolution of discrepancies.

Develop and implement customer credit control policies and collection strategies.

Collaborate with Operations, Sales, Finance, and customers to improve billing efficiency and cash flow.

Prepare MIS reports, ageing analysis, and receivable dashboards for management review.

Lead and mentor the billing and receivables team while ensuring compliance with company policies. Requirements

CA with 2–3 years of experience or CA Inter with 5–6 years of experience.

Experience in billing, accounts receivable, customer reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Solid knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.

Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in the equipment rental industry will be preferred; candidates from other industries may also apply.
