Key Responsibilities:

- Functional Expertise:
- Develop a solid understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM and apply functional knowledge to design and implement solutions.
- Participate in business process mapping and translating business requirements into Oracle Cloud HCM configurations.
- Design Capabilities:
- Design solutions in Oracle Cloud HCM aligned with client needs and best practices.
- Develop custom solutions as required to meet specific client requirements.
- Configuration Skills:
- Perform configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
- Work on system integrations, workflows, and configurations for various HCM modules.
- Testing Proficiency:
- Test configurations and ensure that the system works according to the design.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues encountered during testing.

Skills Required:

- Strong functional knowledge and experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Proficiency in design, configuration, and testing of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
- Strong understanding of HCM processes such as Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment, Compensation, Learning, etc.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality solutions.
