NWeek Offs: 2 Rotational Offs

NExperience: Fresher

NWhat You'll Do:

NHandle customer queries via calls, emails, and tickets

NPerform initial troubleshooting & issue resolution

NLog and manage incidents using ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred)

NEnsure timely updates, follow-ups, and proper documentation

NEscalate complex issues to higher support levels

NDeliver high customer satisfaction

NWhat We're Looking For:

NStrong communication skills

NBasic IT troubleshooting knowledge

NWillingness to work in rotational shifts

NFreshers & early professionals are welcome

NB.Tech, BCA, MCA and M.Tech not eligible
