NRequired Qualification: -

N*Graduate in any stream AND

NB2.2 level or above in any of these languages Portuguese or French

NDiploma or advanced diploma in Portuguese or French Language from Delhi University or any other recognized university

NOR

n*Graduation inPortuguese or French from Delhi University or any other recognized university or equivalent

N*Good communication and interpersonal skills

N*Must be versatile to workin different shifts depending upon business requirement

- Bachelor's or master's degree (BA, BCom, BSc, BBA, MA, MCom, etc.)

- No Engineering degree.

- Strong interest in learning SAP technologies

- Willingness to undergo SAP BASIS training and certification

- Ready to work in globalsupport environments and rotational shifts if required

- Support incident and service request resolution

- Coordinate with functional and technical SAP stakeholders

- Work with global customers using foreign language skills
