Bebonnie Academy is looking for a passionate and experienced Hair Educator to join our team at our Baruipur branch. The ideal candidate should have robust technical knowledge of hair services and the ability to train, mentor and 2–5 years of experience as a Hair Stylist, Hair Trainer, or Hair Educator.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on hair cutting, coloring, styling, chemical treatments, and hair care.
- Demonstrate the latest hair techniques, trends, and products.
- Evaluate trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Assist in developing training materials and skill enhancement programs.
- Support the salon team in delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Stay updated with new hair trends, products, and industry innovations.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
