Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Gynecologist role based in Bhiwani. The Gynecologist will provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care in gynecology and obstetrics, including consultations, routine examinations, prenatal and postnatal care, and management of common and complex reproductive health conditions. Daily responsibilities include performing and supervising gynecologic surgeries, assisting in obstetric procedures, ensuring accurate diagnosis and evidence-based treatment plans, and coordinating care with multidisciplinary clinical teams.

The role involves maintaining detailed medical records,



counseling patients and families on treatment options, preventive care, and reproductive health, and adhering to clinical guidelines and safety protocols. The Gynecologist will also participate in quality improvement activities, contribute to departmental meetings, and support continuous enhancement of patient-centered care within the hospital.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Medicine with the ability to provide comprehensive clinical care and evidence-based management.

Advanced proficiency in Gynecology and Obstetrics, including routine and high-risk pregnancy care and management of gynecologic conditions.

Competence in Surgery and Gynecologic Surgery, including performing and supervising gynecologic and related obstetric procedures.

Recognized medical degree (MBBS) with postgraduate qualification in Gynecology/Obstetrics (e.g., MD, MS, DNB) and valid medical registration.

Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice, patient safety, and confidentiality, with strong diagnostic, clinical decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and counseling skills, ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, and willingness to participate in shift, emergency, and on-call duties as required.

Prior experience in hospital or clinical settings, familiarity with modern diagnostic tools and electronic medical records, and openness to continuous learning and career development.
