- Set work offsets and tool offsets (if authorized).
- Read engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Perform first-piece and in-process inspection using measuring instruments.
- Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities.
- Replace worn tools and maintain tool life records.
- Maintain production, quality, and rejection records.
Required Skills
- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or equivalent.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
