NKey Responsibilities:

N*Experience in premium restaurants, cafés, luxury retail, hotels, or hospitality.

N*Passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

N*Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, premium service environment.

N*Positive attitude with solid problem-solving skills.

NFlexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

NManage reservations, table allocations, and waiting lists.

N Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests efficiently.

NMaintain guest records,preferences, and VIP guest relations.

N Promote restaurant events, special menus, and loyalty programs.

NEnsure reception and guest areas are well maintained at all times.

NRequirements:

N Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.

NWell-groomed, energetic, confident, and guest-focused personality.

N* Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
