We have a fully built outbound engine — warmed domains, live campaigns, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Sales Navigator — all set up and running. We need one sharp person to operate it, build targeted lead lists, and generate qualified sales conversations every week.

What You Will

Do

Run live cold email campaigns on Instantly and monitor performance daily

Build ICP lists on Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator targeting global IT buyers

Manage positive replies and book discovery calls within 2 hours

Write and test email copy for recent campaign sequences





Report weekly metrics to the founder every Monday

You Must Have

Hands-on experience in outbound lead generation for IT services or staff augmentation — this is non-negotiable

Worked with Apollo, Instantly, or Sales Navigator personally — not just assisted someone

Strong written English — you will be writing to CTOs and Engineering Managers in UK and Europe

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Bonus Points

Experience targeting UK, Europe, US, or Australian markets

Familiarity with Clay or n8n automation

Knowledge of IT staff augmentation sales cycle
