- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate business needs into Oracle GTM solutions
- Identify potential gaps and design workarounds in Oracle GTM processes
- Configure and customize Oracle GTM Cloud applications and develop detailed configuration documents
- Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of GTM projects
- Design and execute integration strategies between Oracle GTM Cloud and other systems
- Perform data migration tasks and ensure data integrity during migration
- Develop detailed design documents, use cases, test scripts, and technical documentation to support deployment
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver client training sessions and user documentation
- Maintain expertise in global trade management principles, regulatory requirements, and goods classification for import/export
- Stay informed about Oracle GTM Cloud updates, quarterly releases, and conduct testing as required
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
