We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented GSA - Housekeeping to join our hospitality team at ibis Hyderabad HITEC City Hyderabad, India. In this role, you'll play a vital part in creating exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and service. As a GSA - Housekeeping professional, you'll work collaboratively with our housekeeping team to ensure every guest room, suite, and public area reflects our commitment to excellence and hospitality.

Clean, service, and prepare guest rooms, suites, and public areas according to established hotel standards and brand guidelines

Replenish guest amenities, minibar supplies, linens, and room essentials while maintaining exceptional presentation and organization

Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and special requirements, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction and care

Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, room status updates, and any concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor in a timely manner

Follow all hotel hygiene, safety, and brand standards to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff





Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards

Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily operations and contribute to a positive, inclusive work environment

Demonstrate problem-solving skills when addressing guest needs or operational challenges

Maintain professionalism and reliability in attendance and punctuality Qualifications Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or equivalent education

Diploma or Certificate in Hotel Management or Housekeeping (preferred)

Prior experience in housekeeping operations or guest service roles (advantageous)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues

Proficiency in English for effective communication

Solid understanding of housekeeping equipment, cleaning chemicals, and safety procedures

Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Robust time management and organizational skills

Team-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude

Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and brand standards consistently
