Hiring Lead Zuora Analyst for a Reputed/MNC company located at Chandigarh.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Lead Zuora Analyst to drive billing and revenue operations, system enhancements, and end-to-end ownership of Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue (RevPro) platforms. The ideal candidate will bring solid functional and technical expertise in subscription billing, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and system integrations, along with leadership capabilities in Quality Assurance (QA), testing governance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Own and manage Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue (RevPro) platforms, ensuring stability, scalability, and performance.

· Lead end-to-end lifecycle of system enhancements, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support.

· Oversee subscription lifecycle management, including order processing, renewals, amendments, upgrades/downgrades, and invoicing.

· Manage and maintain product catalog (SKUs), pricing structures, and subscription models in Zuora.

· Drive automation initiatives by building and optimizing workflows for billing, payments, and subscription processes.

Core Functional Responsibilities

· Provide leadership in production support, troubleshooting complex issues,



and ensuring timely resolution of system defects.

· Collaborate with Salesforce CPQ, Finance, Avalara, and CyberSource teams.

· Lead release management, UAT governance, approvals, and deployments.

· Ensure SOX compliance and change management.

· Oversee billing operations and revenue recognition using RevPro.

· Monitor system performance and mentor junior analysts.

Quality Assurance (QA) & Testing Leadership

· Lead QA activities across Zuora Billing and Revenue projects.

· Develop test strategies, plans, and scenarios.

· Validate subscription lifecycle, billing, invoicing, payments, and revenue recognition.

· Perform data migration testing and reconciliation.

· Validate Salesforce, Zuora, and NetSuite integrations.

· Manage defect lifecycle and UAT sign-offs.

· Establish QA best practices and testing frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

· Expertise in Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue (RevPro).

· Subscription billing, revenue management, and ASC 606.

· QA leadership, test planning, SIT, UAT, regression, and functional testing.

· Salesforce CPQ and Zuora-Salesforce integrations.

· Knowledge of CyberSource and Avalara.

· Workflow automation, production support, defect and release management.
