Turn one working outreach tactic into 50 personalized sends a day, and log every response so the founder always knows what converts.

This is an operations and execution role, not a marketing-strategy role. You will not run ad campaigns or write brand copy. You will run high-volume, personalized broker outreach and keep it instrumented. What you will do

Source targets. Build daily lists of brokers actively listing in NCR micro-markets, pulled from RERA registries, 99acres, MagicBricks, and Instagram broker accounts. Prioritize brokers with 5+ active listings who already pay for portal leads.

Build the asset before the pitch. For each target, produce a reel and a live listing page in ReyAI using their own listing photos — so outreach leads with finished proof, not a claim.

Run outreach at volume. Send the personalized WhatsApp sequence (provided), 40–50 sends/day, and run timed follow-ups.

Log everything. Record every reply, objection, and conversion in the outreach tracker.

Paid conversion is the founder's shared metric with you and drives your bonus. Requirements

Fluent Hindi and English (you will speak to NCR brokers daily).

Comfortable with WhatsApp Business and spreadsheets. Disciplined logger — if you don't record it, it didn't happen.

High output tolerance. This role rewards volume plus personalization, not polish.

Real estate familiarity is a plus, not a requirement.

Screen for hustle and logging discipline over marketing credentials. A candidate who has done high-volume sales or ops outreach beats a candidate with a marketing degree and no output history. How to apply
