Roles &

Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing growth marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Support user acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify growth opportunities.
- Assist in referral, affiliate, partnership, and community marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Content, Social Media, SEO, Product, and Sales teams.
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly reports using key marketing metrics.
- Perform A/B testing and analyse results to optimise marketing campaigns.
- Identify creative growth experiments to improve lead generation and brand awareness.
- Support email marketing, CRM, and marketing automation initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest growth marketing trends, AI tools, and digital marketing practices.

Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Growth Marketing concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.




- Creative thinking with an experimental mindset.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with Canva, ChatGPT, Notion, Google Analytics, or similar tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Passion for startups, marketing, and continuous learning.

Eligibility
- Pursuing or recently completed graduation in Marketing, Business, Management, Computer Science, or any related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior internship or project experience in marketing is an added advantage but not mandatory.
